FALSE. This is actually the worst thing you can do if you’re worried about your weight. Your body naturally fluctuates its weight from day to day, hour to hour. You’ll never see results if you worry about that 1 lb you added from yesterday. It’s better to weigh yourself once a week or once a month, if at all, if you really want to get an accurate measure of how you’re progressing.
