Paleo Day 4 - Early to bed, early to rise…
…means I have to go to bed sooner, cuz I didn’t leave myself enough time to get ready this morning :/
I was able to cook up some spiced apple chicken sausage (in coconut oil which is my new favorite thing), but I’m worried I didn’t cook it long enough. It’s not pink anywhere, and it looks like it’s cooked through, but I worry about that kind of stuff. Which is why I could never go on a full raw Paleo diet. Even sushi makes me wary. Yay fire! At the very least, the sausage is tasty.
I also have some almonds and pistachios to munch on while I’m at work, and I brought the rest of the leftover chili thing I made a couple nights ago for lunch. I still have to figure out what I’m going to do for dinner though. But I meet with the nutritionist at 3:00, so hopefully I’ll come away from that with some ideas!
