Paleo Day 3 - Now you know (and knowing is half the battle!)

Lunch = success for the most part. I made a salad of organic baby spinach and grape tomatoes, with sliced turkey breast. Drizzled it with olive oil and added black pepper, oregano and thyme. The spinach was really good! But I think I’m going to have to find a different use for the grape tomatoes. I just can’t do them raw. I had about three, but I couldn’t bring myself to eat any more. I’ll probably chop them up and pop them in with the beef goulash tonight, as I don’t think I’m going to have enough diced tomatoes anyway. You never know unless you try!

To celebrate my salad win, I’m gonna grab a few pistachios and watch bad television.
